When you contact me about your project, I will provide free consultation to determine your needs and help to determine the best way to implement a solution for your needs. Once the project specification is complete, I will work with you to come up with payment terms that we can both be happy with. When we have all that worked out, I'll begin working on your project. You will receive frequent status reports. Sometimes you will receive several status reports per day, other times you will receive only one or two status reports per week. It really depends on what's going on.

I will continually ask for feedback from you about the functioning/look/feel of a particular portion of the project (is this working like you want, does it look OK, etc). You may request changes to the functioning/look/feel at any time during the project.

Once the project is finished, you'll pay out the remainder of the negotiated fee and you'll be all set. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything after the project is finished, I will provide free assistance up to 30 days after the project has ended.
